The U12 White team completed their best season yet, finishing equal 3rd, after a 1-0 win in St Ives in their final match. It was a tight match played in good spirits and strong winds. On balance Goddy deserved the victory, creating the better chances and taking one of them, with a beautiful finish in off the underside of the bar. Huge credit as well to the strong defensive performance, and our brilliant keeper who pulled off an excellent save to keep the opposition out. The defence, with the help of our battling midfield, achieved our fifth clean sheet of the season

27 points from 16 league matches, with 9 wins, 5 clean sheets and the individual top goalscorer in our league.

So in summary a fantastic season for a group that had previously won 3 matches in the last two seasons. The boys have worked really hard, both individually and as a team, and deserve what they are achieving. Well done to them all.
